The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the Town’s Designated Representative. B. In general, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Mobilization 2. Temporary Protection of existing features to remain 3. Furnish, Install and Maintain Soil Erosion & Sediment Control practices as depicted and/or described in the Contract Documents 4. Excavation and removal of any existing site debris, backfilling and compaction as required for the installation of all site appurtenances. This work shall include any overcut and backfill associated with poor soils encountered during installation. 5. Site Preparation, Sub-grade preparation and grading to the lines, levels, and grades depicted and/or described in the Contract Documents and/or as directed by the Town's Designated Representative 6. Provide electrical inspection certificate for all electrical work (UL Certificate). Note: all electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician and performed in accordance with Town standards, NEC requirements, and PSEG requirements. Contractor responsible for any and all required coordination with PSEG. 7. Furnish and install pavilion building, site paths, asphalt pavement areas, site concrete and miscellaneous site appurtenances. 8.
