The scope of work includes finish and security upgrades and signage installation at the Senior High School Building. 2. Type of Contract: a. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. December 2025: Award of Contract The project is for General Construction for the 2025-26 Capital Outlay Project at the Senior High School. Bidders must submit sealed bids in duplicate. Contractors should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform for additional bid submission procedures not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. Bids must be accompanied by security in an amount and form specified in the contract documents. Withdrawal of bids is subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work must be completed by the dates specified in Section 011000 entitled Summary. There is no scheduled pre-bid meeting. Bidders may visit the site by contacting the District 48 hours in advance. Requests for interpretation, information, or clarification of the contract documents must be made in writing to the architect. Only written addenda and modifications will alter the contract documents. Contract documents can be examined or obtained at specified locations and through Plan & Print Systems, Inc. with specific deposit and fee requirements for electronic and paper copies. Returns of contract documents in reusable condition within 30 days allow for a refund of the deposit. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids.
