Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crestview, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a 180,000-square-foot fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000404047 the construction of the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office Driver Training Facility ITB PW . The Project consists of construction of the 180,000 square foot driving pad for Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office training. In addition to the training pad, the project will also include 20ft wide gravel entrance and associated stormwater management facilities. The overall project size is 10 acres. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this ITB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
