The City of Crestview is soliciting proposals for the cleaning, staining, and sealing of existing concrete sidewalks along Main Street and designated intersecting side streets within the Downtown District in Crestview, Florida. The project area generally extends from north of the railroad tracks at Industrial Drive to U.S. Highway 90, with designated side-street segments identified in the RFP. All work is limited to existing sidewalks within the public right-of-way. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete surface preparation, stain application, and sealer application in accordance with City requirements, manufacturer specifications, and the Scope of Work outlined in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria including qualifications, experience, technical approach, and cost. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposer's name, the time and date of the opening. Proposers are encouraged to review the RFP documents prior to submission and are responsible for ensuring delivery of proposals to the specified address at the appointed time. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City.
