The building has been deemed unsafe and is scheduled for full demolition, removal, and site restoration. The scope includes, but is not limited to: 1. Complete demolition of the structure(s) and foundations. 2. Proper removal and disposal of all debris. 3. Asbestos and hazardous material abatement (if applicable). 4. Utility disconnection and coordination with utility providers. 5. Site grading and backfill with clean fill material. 6. Final site restoration and seeding.
