The work includes construction of approximately 2,800 linear feet of 12-inch PVC potable water main, 2,200 linear feet of 8-inch PVC potable water main, fire hydrants, gate valves, potable service lines, 4,250 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary force main, submersible pump replacement, site restoration, and all associated appurtenances. Proposals must be addressed as specified and received before the deadline. Contract documents are available for a non-refundable fee from Drexel Technologies online or at their physical location, and bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for shipping charges. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
