The project involves the demolition of dwellings located at multiple addresses: 54 Riverside Drive (Hillsdale, Bergen County, NJ); 65 & 167 Riveredge Road (Lincoln Park, Morris County, NJ); 318 North Street, 1120 & 1308 St. John Street, 263 South 6th Street (Manville, Somerset County, NJ); 225 & 237 Opossum Road (Montgomery, Somerset County, NJ); and 239 Raritan Avenue (Middlesex, Middlesex County, NJ). Only bids submitted by contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be accepted. Bidders must be classified with DPMC in General Construction (C008), General Construction/Alterations & Additions (C009), or Demolition (C021). The contract shall be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). Bidder itself must be classified in Demolition (C021) or must name subcontractors for Demolition (C021). Failure to list all required DPMC classified subcontractors will render the bid non-responsive. No paper bids will be accepted. Bidders must comply with minority and female percentage goal requirements for skilled crafts, as specified for each county, and adhere to all other requirements and instructions specified in association with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-7.2, and applicable Executive Orders.
