The Town of Billerica is soliciting filed subcontractor and general contractor bids from pre-qualified contractors for General Contractor, Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals, Waterproofing/Damp-proofing/Caulking, Roofing & Flashing, Windows, Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical work for the new Fire Station at 176 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01862. This procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149. The Project consists of but not limited to: The Town of Billerica - North Billerica Fire Station Project will be located at 176 Boston Road, Billerica MA. Project consists of a new 9,250 sf one-story Fire Station with apparatus bay, living quarters, and support spaces to serve the operational and residential needs of the department. The work is estimated to cost $7,570,000.00 Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must be pre-qualified for the respective contract categories to submit bids.
