Site work for a development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
The Work consists of the construction of Civil Work and Infrastructure on an approximately 5.82 acre site. Civil drawings approved by the City of Lexington and the Kentucky Division of Water (KDOW) have been provided for grading, drainage, and sanitary sewer infrastructure. All work shall conform to these approved plans and applicable local and state standards. Scope of Work (General) Work under this project includes, but is not limited to Site preparation and grading. Installation of stormwater drainage systems and sanitary sewer utilities. Construction of roadways, parking areas, and site drives. Associated landscaping. Two (2) new connector drives, Hill Rise Drive and Hill View Place, are proposed to provide site access and internal circulation. Sealed bids are being solicited for the LHA 1604 Versailles Road Infrastructure Project in Lexington, Kentucky. Bids must be submitted in triplicate, and a lump sum bid is requested. Contract documents can be examined online or purchased directly from a designated location. Bids must include a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide an acceptable 100% Performance and Payment Bond within ten days of the Notice of Intent to Award Contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid date.
