Renovation of an educational facility in Menominee, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 32,220-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Replacement of existing building fire alarm system including existing wiring, accessible conduit, horns, pull stations and main fire panel. New fire alarm system shall be voice annunciation type with clear lensed strobe devices. Bids will be accepted under seal for the replacement of the existing fire alarm system in the Central Elementary School. The project includes the replacement of existing building fire alarm system including existing wiring, accessible conduit, horns, pull stations and main fire panel. The new fire alarm system shall be voice annunciation type with clear lensed strobe devices. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Bond according to specified requirements and submit qualifications with their bid. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form. Further bidding requirements are described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be irrevocable for 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
