A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Mobilization; Submittals and Site Service; Mothballing and removal of the AS/SVE trailer and transport to a site specified by EGLE; Emptying of two GAC vessels and transport to a location selected by EGLE; Disconnection and transport of the catalytic oxidizer (CATOX) to a location selected by EGLE; Removal and disposal of the AS/SVE underground components (including plumbing, piping, and infiltration gallery); Proper abandonment of the on-and offsite monitoring wells and associated protective covers; Proper abandonment of the on-and offsite soil gas monitoring points and associated protective covers; Demolition and disposal of the onsite shed and fence; Site restoration; Demobilization. Bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments, both being less than 25 MB: one for bid documents and, if applicable, one for Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information. Do not wait until just before the deadline to submit your bid response, as SIGMA VSS will not accept proposals after the deadline, even if partially uploaded.
