Renovation of a mixed-use development in Alma, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Remove and replace seven single-station drinking fountains with Elkay Enhanced EZH2O Bottle Filling Station & Single ADA Cooler LZS8WSSP filtered 8 GPH Stainless and Elkay SSBFUP Universal Back Panel Assembly Kit For Single Coolers with Bottle Filler. These are replacing one for one with a "Filter First" compliant model at specified locations: welding shop, N side of A-section, N upstairs B-section, W side of C-section, N. gym wall, G-section East wall, and SE wall of cafe. Include in each installation a new water valve (stop), braided stainless water supply line, and a new trap. Remove and replace five existing kitchen sink faucets with Elkay LKAV7051FCR Avado Single Hole 2-in-1 Kitchen Faucet with Filtered Drinking Water Model LKAV7051FCR at the Teachers' Lounge, two in E-502, Board Room, and gym trainer's room. Include new water valves (stops) and braided stainless water supply lines for each installation. Install two ZC1802749 Atlas Filtri DP Big Whole House Taste, Odor and Scale Reduction System filter housings with filter status at AHS Kitchen Cold water main and DLPMS Kitchen Cold water main. Each bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement and a Statement of Compliance with the Iran Sanctions Act. Bids must include security equal to 5% of the bid amount, and 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Michigan State Prevailing Wage applies. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid most advantageous to the Owner.
