The work involves Network Electronics projects compliant with the requirements outlined, including Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, and Products and Services Specifications. Bidders must provide sealed responses to the RFP and comply with instructions such as submitting an Intent to Bid form, submitting questions for any addenda, and following specific bid submission procedures. Bid instructions require submission in duplicate (sealed, labeled envelope) and electronic copy via a designated portal by the specified deadline. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, email, or facsimile bids are allowed, and late bids will not be considered. A five percent Bid Bond of the total base bid price is required with the sealed bid. Required documentation includes a Bid Signature Page, Bill of Materials, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and at least four references (including one school/district reference for similar work). The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or accept the bid or portions that best serve its interests. Bidders must be able to provide samples or brochures of proposed materials and equipment on request. The selection process will consider the qualifications and suitability of both the bidder and proposed products/services, and substitutions must be pre-approved and not result in additional cost to the district. Any variances from specifications must be fully explained in writing.
