Marshall Public Schools will accept sealed Bid responses for products and services to be provided for FY26 (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027) under E-Rate. Bids must comply with the requirements for submission, Universal Service Fund (USF) conditions, and must be received in both paper and electronic copy by the specified deadline. All products and/or services must meet the specifications in section IV A, B, and C, and the product line must be of known quality from a nationally recognized manufacturer who regularly advertises, promotes, and distributes products and services to the school market. Bidders must provide details regarding any variance from specifications, explain manufacturer substitutions, and pass any cost savings or manufacturer discounts to the District. The selected vendor must maintain a clean worksite, comply with all tax regulations, and be responsible for all royalties, copyrights, and patents. Background checks and non-discrimination in employment are mandated. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any portion that best serves its interests, and require information to determine bidder qualifications.
