Carpet replacement Project at Marshall Regional Law Enforcement Center Carpet Replacement at MRLEC (Marshall Regional Law Enforcement Center). Labor and Materials for the carpet replacement of selected rooms throughout the building. Scope of work includes replacing areas of carpet throughout the facility, furnishing and installing in halls #300, #301, 302, 103 training room, offices #314, #316, 318, 320, 313, 315, 217, and #321. This involves tearing out vinyl base and carpet, moving furniture, applying new carpet adhesive and cove base adhesive, prepping floors, patching, and providing materials. It also includes cove base and carpet labor, site inspection and measurements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations, protection of furniture, walls, and fixtures during installation, cleanup of work areas upon completion, and warranty information for materials and labor. The proposed carpet shall compliment the existing carpet as some hallways and rooms will adjoin to the replaced carpet.
