Sealed bids are requested for Job Order Contracting Services, which is an indefinite quantity construction contract allowing the contractor to complete a series of individual projects at various locations within specified zones. Bidders can propose on one or more zones, and contracts will be awarded for General Construction, HVAC, and Roofing trades. Only electronic bid submissions are accepted, and the entire bidding process will occur through the designated electronic system. All inquiries regarding the solicitation must be made through the procurement portal. Bids may be rejected in whole or in part, and the awarding entity reserves the right to waive formalities or irregularities. Contract awards will be determined based on a weighted evaluation considering Price (30%), Company Profile and Safety (20%), Comparable Construction Experience (25%), Key Personnel (10%), TexBuy Member Experience and Value Add (10%), and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Experience and Plan (5%). Additional specifications as outlined in the RFP will be included in the technical evaluation.
