Question Deadline 12/03/2025 at 2:00 PM PT All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal City of Anaheim desires the services of qualified landscape contractors to maintain up to (2) two out of (4) sectors per the Specifications and Scope of Work described in this document. The maintenance includes everything except for ball-field lighting, playground equipment, and restrooms. The bid is separated into (4) four service sectors (West, East, North Central, and Central) allowing bidders to bid on all sectors and only to be awarded no more than two service areas (Reference Exhibit B, Designated Service Areas / Table 3 Designated Service Area List). Contractor must provide everything necessary at contractor's expense including, but not limited to all labor; training; materials; tools; equipment; transportation; hauling; dumping; pesticides; chemicals; supplies and other items needed to perform high quality grounds/landscape maintenance pursuant to the terms defined here in. Fertilizer; playground woodchips; volleyball sand; and mulch will be provided to contractor by City, Contractor must provide all grounds/landscape maintenance at work sites listed herein, including, but not limited to pruning, trimming, shaping and training of shrubs, and ground cover plants; removing and controlling weeds; controlling plant diseases and pests; mowing turf, edging turf and ground cover; irrigating plant material; maintaining and repairing irrigation systems; removing trash and debris; and other services required to maintain the work sites in a safe, attractive and useable condition. Contractor must maintain all plant material in a healthy condition and healthy appearance using the best industry and horticultural accepted standards for growth, color, and appearance as determined by City Representative (CR). Additionally, this bid includes Nature Park sites that may occasionally require slope maintenance, mechanical brush clearance, weed abatement, and trail upkeep. These services are considered supplemental and are not included in the base scope of work. Each task will be priced according to the provided price sheet and scheduled as requested through CR. additional pre bid meeting note: Please arrive early.
