The City of Anaheim is seeking professional services from qualified firms to provide technical and organizational expertise in the development, refinement, and implementation of compliance programs under the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit and Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements for Sanitary Sewer Systems. The consultant will be engaged on an as-needed basis for NPDES and Sewer WDR Compliance Support. Instructions to bidders include: - Certification and authority to submit the proposal. - Completion and certification of non-collusion, debarment/suspension, and equal employment opportunity compliance forms. - Submission of necessary certificates and licenses. - Designation of subcontractors, including DIR information. - Provision of a current fee schedule breaking down tasks listed in the Scope of Services, with separate hourly costs and separate proposals for sewer and roadway design tasks. - Monthly invoicing for actual services performed, itemized by staff, project, and hours per task. - Upload of the full proposal and attachments, including specified exhibits and forms. Equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance requirements, as well as non-segregated facilities certification, are also prerequisites for participation. Failure to provide required certifications or explanations disqualifies a prospective participant from consideration.
