Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and job walk, which includes visiting multiple specified locations. Bidders who cannot attend all locations may submit partial bids for the sites they were present at. To submit a bid for the ongoing contract, bidders must attend a minimum of five locations. The agreement will have an initial one-year term, with up to four optional one-year extensions.
