Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Flagstaff, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Coconino Community College invites interested Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to submit their qualifications to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Campus Master Plan – New Allied Health Building at the Lone Tree Campus. The project supports CCC’s mission to deliver high-quality, high-demand training programs for regional healthcare employers and improve student outcomes. The Owner seeks a CMAR with experience in similar projects, preferably in higher education. Firms must demonstrate experience and capability utilizing the CMAR delivery method or comparable capability. The successful firm may be awarded additional work at the project site through the warranty period. Offers are subject to the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation. All Offerors must carefully examine the solicitation documents and submit inquiries regarding ambiguities or errors via the designated platform. Only written answers provided via this platform or amendment are valid. Offerors are prohibited from contacting CCC employees outside the designated Point of Contact regarding this solicitation. CCC may award a single contract for the services requested and reserves the right to use the contract on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of spending.
