The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary for job order contract (JOC) HVAC work at DOE schools and administrative buildings. Bid submissions must be sent via electronic mail to dcpsubmissions@schools.nyc.gov. The subject line of the bid submission email must include the solicitation number and the name of the submitting vendor. The completed request for bids and the bid blank documents must be attached to the bid submission email as separate files, with the attachments named accordingly. If the files are too large to be transmitted as email attachments, the first line of the bid submission email must include a link to a Microsoft OneDrive folder containing all bid-related documents; in this case, do not attach any documents to the email. Hard copy (paper) bid submissions are permitted, but bidders must provide advance notice by emailing dcpsubmissions@schools.nyc.gov with the subject "paper submission request for solicitation # B5892" at least three business days in advance, including the anticipated date, time, and the name of the person delivering the bid or advising that it will be delivered by messenger. Deliveries may be made by FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other common delivery services.
