Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a 8,116-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work is replacement of sidewalk segments , curb segments , and other sidewalk components , including approximately 7,000 SQ FT of curbwalk ; 1,088 SQ FT of 6 driveway entrance concrete ; 28 SQ FT of sidewalk , detectable warning pads , and all other necessary labor and materials as directed . This project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Developments Community Development Block Grant . Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to Davis - Bacon Act wage regulations . Questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to jrisner@ashlandky.gov at least five days prior to the bid date .
