A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project includes work required to perform rehabilitation for the Air Traffic Control Tower building at Victoria Regional Airport. Work includes but is not limited to: non-structural demolition (ceiling tiles, HVAC items, plumbing items, casework), roofing items, carpentry and cabinet items, door upgrades, window glazing improvements, drywall, tiling, acoustic ceilings, flooring, paint and coatings, restroom amenities, kitchenette amenities, elevator rehabilitation, plumbing improvements, HVAC improvements, electrical improvements, and security improvements. All contractors must meet Federal purchasing requirements, including Buy America provisions. Contracts to review, sign, and submit required FAA provisions (project manual, Section 2) as part of a responsive bid.
