LH is proceeding with relocating Lambert House to the south side of the hospital property along Prince St. Accordingly, this invitational Request For Proposal (RFP) seeks to ensure the services of a pre-qualified contractor to undertake this Lambert building Relocation project. The successful Proponent to this invitational RFP will have the necessary project experience, leadership and team members and partnerships with qualified and experienced subcontractors to meet the full scope of the Historical Building Relocation project within the timelines required. Contractors will receive an invite to download a copy of the Request for Proposals document through the Euna Procurement Tender Portal: Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Lambert Building Relocation: https://medbuy.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities (Bonfire) Bidders may request clarifications of this invitational RFP by submitting all requests through the secure messaging process in Euna Procurement, no later than November 26, 2025. Submissions must be received before December 10, 2025; 2:00 PM EST. All proponents must submit responses online through the Euna Procurement Portal (previously called Bonfire) only. Submissions received after the submission's deadline or in any other manner, will not be considered.
