These locations are located in the following municipalities, Carpentersville, Algonquin, Barrington Hills, East Dundee, Park City, and Gages Lake. These locations consist of multiple closed loop systems located along IL-72 from Beverly Rd to IL-68, IL-25 from IL-72 to IL-62, IL 62 at Longmeadow Parkway and from Eastgate Drive to Harrison Street, IL 120 from US 45 to Mill Road and from Knight/Ruth Wilcox Ave to IL-131. This project proposes to incorporate twenty-three traffic signals into Central Traffic Management System. This project will install new fiber optic cable, network switches, PTZ cameras, and controllers among other equipment to allow for remote access and monitoring capabilities at these locations. Certain zones of the centralized system will be optimized with this project. The entire system will be incorporated into the District 1 network for remote control and access to each traffic signal. Various closed loops systems and individual intersections will be interconnected together to improve traffic flow along these corridors
