The Water Treatment Plant Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project consists of 710 feet of open cut 8-inch sanitary sewer, sanitary service removal and replacement, sanitary valves in vaults, connections, abandonments, patching and overlay, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, clearing, restoration, and all other ancillary work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications, and applicable standards. Instructions to bidders include submission of a bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total proposal, compliance with minimum salaries and wages as set forth in contract documents, and non-discrimination requirements.
