(3 1/2) inches urethane foam in place insulation. Freezer door heater hinged right with Floor sweep, door closer, locking latch 2 hinges, magnetic gasket and complete with hardware. Door #9 Prefabricated one North Star(Or equal) flush walk in freezer door with a wall frame & window panel. Door & frame size 116"x52". 26-gauge stucco embossed galvanized metal interior & exterior of door. (4") inches urethane foamed in place insulation. Freezer Door hinged right , with Floor sweep gasket 3 side heater, magnetic gasket, and complete with hardware. Install new 6" cover base interior & exterior, front of interface walk in door only install new Ceiling cap for front top of freezer & New threshold plate. Warranty: -All workmanship and materials must be guaranteed for one year after completion of project. Submittals: -Awarded Bidder must provide specification of proposed doors before ordering and/or installation. Labor/Scope of Work: -Remove and dispose door and frame heater at walk in freezer # 5. -Provide and install new door, "L" frame and heater element. -Install (3) sided heater element, magnetic gasket and door seals and hardware. -New door to be prefabricated to fit existing freezer opening, with vision panel. -New door approx., 36" x 78", made of 26 ga stainless steel with 3 1/2 " Urethane foamed. -Install new door / floor sweep, door closer, magnetic gaskets, locking latch and (2) hinges. -Cover and protect work area at all times during door replacement. -Clean and haul away all work-related debris upon completion. -All work will be coordinated and performed at regular business hours. -Remove and dispose Door #9 with door frame and damaged wall panel. -Support the walk in cooler ceiling pane while replacing the door and related parts. -Provide and install new door, door "L" frame, and the damaged wall panel removed. -Install (3) sided heater element, magnetic gasket and door seals and hardware. -New door to be prefabricated to fit existing freezer opening, with vision panel. -New door approx., overall size including wall panel, 166" x 52" , made of 26 ga stainless steel, embossed in galvanized metal with 4" Urethane foamed. -Install ceiling cap for the front top of freezer and new threshold -Cover and protect work area at all times during door replacement. -Clean and haul away all work-related debris upon completion. -All work will be coordinated and performed at regular business hours.
