Reference Number 0000403813 Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No The Rye Neck School District (the District) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of a construction manager for pre-referendum work and potential capital improvement projects totaling an estimated $20.0M. The capital improvement projects include redesign and upgrades of the Rye Neck Middle/High School Athletic Complex, including multi-sport synthetic turf athletic field(s), drainage improvements, a new six lane running track, LED athletic field lighting, PA and sound systems, grandstand bleachers with press box, construction of a new field house with public restrooms, construction of a new concession stand and storage, baseball and softball field upgrades, new dugouts, batting cage and bullpens, golf practice area, new walkways, as well as additional parking. Additional projects may be added including window replacements, HVAC unit replacements and other projects as needed for the term of the contract. You are invited to submit proposals in accordance with this RFP. RFPs which are incomplete, conditional or obscure may be rejected as informal. No oral or telephonic proposals or modifications of bid will be considered. There is no deposit required for bidding documents. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all RFPs, or to accept part of any proposal, to re-advertise if deemed necessary and/or to accept the proposal which in the judgment of the Board of Education appears to be in the best interest of the school district.
