The desired furniture is intended for flexible, versatile, ergonomic and sustainable learning spaces that can be quickly reconfigured according to educational needs. The CSSCV will award the contract in separate lots. THREE (3) different contracts (lots) in total, to the TENDERER who has submitted the lowest compliant bid for each of the lots. Each tenderer is free to bid for one (1) or more lots, or for all lots, at their discretion. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest compliant price for each lot. Lot 1 - Flexible school furniture Lot 2 - Administrative furniture Lot 3 - Specialized furniture The PUBLIC BODY shall upload a video recording of the opening of tenders to the SEAO as soon as possible after the opening. Tenderers shall be informed of the upload of the recording to the SEAO in the same manner as when an addendum is issued. In accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, c. C-65.1), the tenderer or any person with an interest within the meaning of the Act may file a complaint with the CSCV regarding this call for tenders. By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to deliver, assemble and install all furniture between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026, during normal business hours. First delivery - lot 1: flexible school furniture Between 1 and 15 April 2026. Second delivery - lot 2: administrative furniture Between 16 and 22 April 2026. Third delivery - lot 3: specialized furniture Between 23 and 30 April 2026.
