Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yuma, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of January 05, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 06, 2026. Removal of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt pavement along one block of 3rd Avenue from Ash Street to Main Street and two blocks of 4th Avenue from Ash Street to Albany Street. The water system reconstruction involves the installation of approximately 300 feet of 6-inch water main and replacement of approximately 4 water services. Question Deadline 11/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER The storm system reconstruction involves the installation of approximately 225 feet of 18" HDPE pipe, 750 feet of 68"x43" horizontal elliptical RCP, 10 inlets and 9 manholes. The roadway reconstruction includes installation of new concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps and placement of approximately 775 tons of asphalt pavement.
