Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yuma, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt pavement along one block of 3rd Avenue from Ash Street to Main Street and two blocks of 4th Avenue from Ash Street to Albany Street. Work includes reconstruction of the water system with installation of approximately 300 feet of 6-inch water main and replacement of approximately 4 water services. The storm system reconstruction involves the installation of approximately 225 feet of 18-inch HDPE pipe, 750 feet of 68-inch by 43-inch horizontal elliptical reinforced concrete pipe, 10 inlets, and 9 manholes. Roadway reconstruction consists of installation of new concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, and placement of approximately 775 tons of asphalt pavement. Prices as set forth in each lump sum and unit price bid item are to include the furnishing of all materials, plant, equipment, tools, and all other facilities and the performance of all labor and services necessary for the proper completion of the Work. Q/A:- November 14, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. will be the last time before the Bid opening the City will answer questions or provide clarifications / interpretation of the plans and contract documents.
