The CWSD - 2026 DCIP - FEDERAL BLVD - 62nd Ave to 67th Place Project includes approximately 4,400 linear feet of water main replacement using 16" ductile iron pipe, furnished and installed with all required appurtenances. The scope also includes 62 water service reconnections for 3 4", 1", and 1-1/2" services, associated street tie-in connections, installation of a meter vault, and removal of asbestos cement abandoned water main sections at crossing. Surface restoration includes asphalt paving patches, roto-milling, striping of sections of Federal Boulevard, all within the CDOT Right of Way. The project is situated in the Crestview Water and Sanitation District (CWSD), located in Adams County, Colorado. The Project consists of replacing water line and fire hydrant assemblies, miscellaneous waterline connections and abandonments, and associated asphalt/concrete removals/replacements. For and in consideration of the unit and/or lump sum prices for the various items of work as set forth in the Bid and Proposal heretofore submitted by the Contractor, said Contractor shall furnish all administration, superintendence, labor, equipment and material necessary to complete and deliver to the Owner, to the Owner's satisfaction, all work covered by this Contract, free from all liens, claims and demands of any kind for material, equipment, supplies, services, labor, taxes and damage to property or persons, in strict compliance with the Contract Documents. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, accessories, appurtenances and labor necessary to complete the installation ofthe work listed as specified herein, and as shown on the Construction Drawings, project maps, notes and details in the Contract Documents.
