District-wide Masonry Restoration and Repair on an Indefinite Scope / Indefinite Quantity basis for a base term of one year, with an option for four additional one-year term extensions. Contractors are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with the job site and conditions prior to bidding. Bids must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent, as well as a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The Board of Education may accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, or award the contract to other than the lowest bidder at its discretion. No bid security is required. The project will not be federally or state funded.
