Reference Number 0000404910 Question Deadline 12/05/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Demolition and removal of two existing rooftop units and associated piping, valves, venting, electrical connections, and associated equipment and sourcing and installation of two new rooftop units, valves, venting, piping, electrical connections, and associated equipment, testing, permitting, and inspections necessary to operate the rooftop units. Work must comply with all engineering, electrical, and mechanical specifications outlined in the attached documentation prepared by Nealis Engineering and all requirements as specified in the manufacturer's specifications. All work is to be completed following industry best practices for workmanship quality with acceptance determined by Grand Traverse County. Supply installation workmanship warranty and manufacturer's full system warranty. The County reserves the right to consider bids or modifications received at any time before award is made, if such action is in the best interest of the County. The County also reserves the right to reject any and all bids received as a result of this request, or to negotiate separately with any source whatsoever in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the County
