Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,400-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consists of interior renovations to the existing music wing at West Middle School. A 1,400 SF addition for a new Choir Room will also be constructed. Renovations to the existing Media Center will also be performed to add a conference room and reconfigure the space. Traverse City Area Public Schools and Miller-Davis Company will receive Electronic Bids for the Bid Categories described in the Project Manual for the above referenced Project until 3:00 PM, local time, January 13, 2026. Bids received late will not be considered. The Owner intends to award Contracts on or about February 9, 2026. A current Contractor Qualification Statement must be on file with Miller-Davis Company to be Awarded a Contract. Pre-Qualification can be completed on the Miller-Davis website. Addenda will be available only on Building Connected.
