The selected contractor will be responsible for: Conducting a pre-removal inspection and site assessment. Safely dismantling each tower in accordance with OSHA standards. Disconnecting and removing all associated equipment, cabling, anchors, foundations, and structures as specified by the County. Properly disposing of or recycling tower materials in compliance with environmental regulations. Restoring each site to 12 inches below grade, including removal of debris and stabilization of disturbed ground.
