Bid 25-80/TxCDBG CFC24-0012 is for the installation of two (2) 750 GPM booster pumps in Del Rio, Val Verde County, TX. Work includes the installation of the booster pumps, cement slab, building, electrical, relating piping, and all necessary appurtenances. Bidders are invited to submit proposals based on these items and quantities of work, not limited solely to the listed scope. A bid bond of 5% is required for contracts exceeding $100,000, and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Prevailing wage rates, as set by federal standards, must be paid, and the successful bidder must comply with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. Contractors and subcontractors debarred or suspended from federal programs are ineligible. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. Disadvantaged business entities are encouraged to submit bids.
