Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. A certified check or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days after the date and time for receiving bids. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda, mailed, faxed, electronically or otherwise delivered to all parties, recorded by the City as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 5 business days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
