Reference Number 0000307058 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/09 04:00:00 PM CST The Contractor shall crush and stockpile approximately 20,000 cubic meters of traffic gravel at the Municipaly owned property NW 32-34-23W in accordance with the specifications herein. All work shall be substantially completed on or before April 30, 2026, unless extended in writing by the Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain ("the Municipality"). Quantities shall be measured in loose cubic meters in the stockpile, determined via drone survey conducted by or on behalf of the Municipality prior to final payment. Should there be any discrepancy between the Contractor's estimated quantities and the results of the drone survey, the drone survey measurement shall be deemed final and binding for determining the quantity of material and the amount payable to the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for: Providing all labour, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for the crushing and stockpiling of aggregate; Clearing and preparing the site of debris, large rocks, organic material, and any other objectionable materials; Maintaining safe access and site organization throughout operations; and Leaving the pit area in a neat, clean, and level condition upon completion, in a manner that allows for efficient future stripping and aggregate removal in the same area. The aggregate and supplementary granular materials shall consist of sound, durable particles of screened rock, gravel, stone, sand, and fines, free from sod, roots, or organic material.
