Including but not limited to an administrative suite, cultural education space, multifunctional community assembly space, childcare, wellness spaces and gymnasium. .2 Building to be sprinklered, of non-combustible construction, and with the following total building area of 3,500 m2. .3 The installation of a radon collection system. .4 Site restoration to include associated landscaping as shown on the Drawings.
