Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Valleyview, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 38,653-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Workun Garrick Partnership, and Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation is seeking proposals from invited General Contractors for construction services of a new Child and Family Services Administration Building for the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation. The completed facility will play a key role in helping Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation and will serve band members, staff and the public for First Nations Child and Family Services Program. The Workun Garrick Partnership is acting as the Nation's agent in the selection process. All decisions will be made by Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation.
