Renovation of a recreation facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
Bids are sought for Project No. SP 23-6, which involves furnishing all tools, materials, and labor necessary for the roof replacement of the R. Park Recreation Center in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, hold valid pre-qualification certificates from the City of Tulsa, and comply with non-discrimination employment practices. The project has an aspirational Small Business Enterprise utilization goal of ten percent. Bidders must commit to employing at least fifty percent bona fide residents of the City of Tulsa and/or MSA in each employment classification and hire only citizens of the United States. A certified or cashier's check or bidder's surety bond for 5% of the bid amount must be submitted. The successful bidder will also be required to provide public liability and workers' compensation insurance, as well as performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds, each for one hundred percent of the contract price. The project is subject to local bidder preference regulations in accordance with Oklahoma law. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 5:00 PM CT each bidder shall submit the Questionnaire directly to the Engineer no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first working day following the bid opening.
