Realign TW TB and Perimeter Road Project - Tulsa Riverside Airport TAIT seeks an experienced qualified firm(s) to provide all material, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of a taxilane that will provide airfield access for new hangar development, east of the airport Equipment building. The work supports hangar projects in the area west of the Equipment building, with future plans for more hangar development at the site currently occupied by the Equipment building. Construction of this taxilane will provide access for aircraft to the airfield. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, Contractors Bid Bond, or irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to TAIT. If awarded the contract, the bidder must enter into an agreement within fifteen days, and provide bonds and insurance as required. All affidavits, certifications, and bonds included in the Bid Documents must be executed at the time of Bid. The Contractor must have direct control or at their disposal the personnel, equipment, and materials required to execute the specified project work. Lack of such control or availability constitutes failure to properly execute the contract. The contractor awarded the contract must provide general liability insurance and workmens compensation insurance, as well as performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds for 100% of the contract price. The project is not a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) project and sets a 0.00% aspirational DBE goal. MBE (0%), WBE (0%), TAIT reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities.
