Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by Iredell County and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for Phase 1 of the Iredell County Farmers Market project in Troutman, NC PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Iredell County is constructing a new parking lot as Phase 1 of a multi-phased project for their existing fairgrounds in Troutman, NC. The new fairgrounds parking lot will add an additional 771 parking spaces and include associated site work.
