Renovation of an educational facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received for the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) for Chiller Replacement at Mary Keller Zervigon School, 3128 Constance Street, New Orleans, LA 70115, under Project Number ITB No. 23-FAC-0073. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternates, in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or an OPSB Bid Bond Form written by a surety licensed to do business in Louisiana. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. Bids shall be accepted from contractors licensed for Mechanical Work (Statewide) under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. The requirements and provisions outlined, including those referenced in the Bid Documents and other applicable laws, are incorporated as requirements for this solicitation and shall not be considered informalities or be waived by any public entity. Bidders are required to be familiar with the Project site and comply with all legal and procedural requirements for public bidding in Louisiana.
