Regional Transit Authority Ferry Services invites qualified vendors to bid on RTA 1 Dry dock as described. Bids must be submitted through the RTA's Procureware website. Specifications and further information can be obtained from the RTA's Procureware or official website. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing through the Procureware website by the stated deadline. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to participate, though no DBE goal has been established for this project as there are no subcontracting opportunities. The RTA ensures nondiscrimination of DBEs and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations relative to DBE utilization on publicly funded projects. No offeror will be discriminated against based on age, sex, race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, or disability. Question Deadline 12/02/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Only written questions submitted through Procureware site shall be considered official. All answers to questions shall be by formal addenda posted to the website under IFB 2025-043.
