Renovation of a multi-residential development in Rainsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project shall consist ofthe replacement of Front & Rear Exterior doors along with installing new screen doors. Additionally,some units will replace exterior storage doors, if present. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30)days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities A certified check or BidBond payable to the Housing Authority in anamount not less than five percent(5%) of the amount of the , must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performanceand statutory labor and materal payment bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract, and the costsof the bonds shall be included in the Contractors Proposal. Fora guaranteed response,all Inquires must be made no later than 3 days after the scheduled Pre-Bid Meeting QA date - 12-8-2025 Request For Information received after 2:00 p.m., Three (3) days before the bid opening.
