Site work for a water / sewer project in Owensville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of January 05, 2025, project is awarded to Donald Maggi, Inc., in the amount of $557,799.10. Owensville Wastewater Collection System Rehabilitation: Base Project and Alternatives consist of the construction of approximately 5,700 LF of PVC sanitary sewer pipe, installation of precast concrete manholes and all necessary appurtenances. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as stated in the Bid Form. Bids must be submitted for the project on the Bid Form bound in the Bidding Documents. Bid Envelope must state "Owensville 2024 Wastewater Collection System Rehabilitation." Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid. The prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. Question Deadline 11/28/2025 All written requests pertaining to questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents pursuant to paragraphs 4.1 and 5.1 herein received less than ten (10) consecutive calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
