This project consists of a single-story addition to concourse E just south of aircraft envelope E4 and adjacent to the employee turnstile. The addition is primarily a shell space to be leased to a tenant or stakeholder for the final buildout. The base bid is for a 4,350 Square Feet (SF) addition and associated site work with add alternates to increase the total SF, include interior finishes, and add interior walls.
