Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Devine, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnish and install one new water well including drilling and casing, installation of well pump and motor, concrete well pad, well discharge piping, plant piping, chlorination facilities, electrical work, and all associated appurtenances. The deadline to ask questions is 11/24/2025 5:00 PM CST Please submit questions for this project in writing through email to rgarciajr@garciawright.com. Answers to the questions may be replied to in writing by 2:30 pm on November 25, 2025 or included as part of an Addendum posted on CivcastUSA.com No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. It is, however, the bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to any addenda issued. All such addenda shall become part of the contract documents and all bidders shall be bound by such addenda, whether or not received by the bidders. The work performed under this specification shall comprise the furnishing of all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary for providing a video record of the existing condition of the new well.
